We run our sessions, like the Collab and Trinity series, with a specific focus on safety—using professional sprung flooring to protect your joints while you push your limits. It’s a space where we value the effort as much as the result, ensuring everyone from absolute beginners to advanced dancers feels the energy. ### More Than Just a Studio For us, ARDS India isn't about mirrors and walls; it’s about the people who fill the room. We started back in 2009 with a simple belief: that dance should be a safe space to trip, laugh, and grow. Whether you are prepping for a battle or taking your very first step, the community here acts as your support system. ### Our Indiranagar Space We intentionally designed our Indiranagar studio to be an extension of our philosophy. We know that street dance—from Hip-Hop and House to Afro and Breaking—is demanding on the body. That’s why we prioritized sprung wood flooring to keep you moving longer without injury. It’s a sound-proofed, high-energy environment built specifically to hold the bass-heavy vibes of our workshops and the intensity of our Trinity and Collab series. ### Growth Through Community We don't just teach steps; we nurture journeys. We’ve watched students grow from taking their first online class to leading their own sessions, and that’s what we live for. We believe that failing is part of the recovery process, and our community events like the Spectra festival are designed to help you shake off the nerves and find your own flow. If you're looking for a place where you can be yourself, mess up, get back up, and dance until you're electric, you’ll find your spot here. ## About ARDS We started as a small group in 2009 and grew into the family you see today. For us, dance is the tool we use to build confidence, whether you’re stepping onto a stage for the first time or training for a battle. Come find your flow with us.
