We find that sharing the 'why' behind our adaptive reuse projects—like our work at MAP Bangalore or local schools—is where the real architectural dialogue happens, and we welcome clients who want to engage in that same depth. For 25 years, our studio has been more than a workspace. It is a collaborative environment where Nisha Mathew, our core team, and I engage with the evolving nature of our city. Being featured in publications like Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Livingetc is a point of gratitude, but these features represent only a small fraction of our daily work. We believe architecture is a civic duty. That is why we dedicate time to guest lectures at institutions like Parul University and conduct design walkthroughs, such as our recent open house at Zanav Home Studio. These interactions with the next generation of architects and our fellow citizens keep our work grounded. They force us to articulate our design principles—like material honesty and the importance of natural light—beyond just the blueprints. When you hire us, you are not just getting a design service; you are entering a partnership that values the history of your site and the future of its occupants. Whether we are restoring a 19th-century home or planning a new institutional space, our team approaches the task with the same commitment to traditional craftsmanship and structural integrity. We invite you to reach out if you have a project that requires this kind of thoughtful, long-term perspective. ## About Mathew and Ghosh I am Soumitro Ghosh, and along with Nisha Mathew, we run our studio here in Koramangala. For 25 years, our practice has been a quiet pursuit, focused on how buildings sit within our city and how they might grow with the people who inhabit them.
