You do not need fancy equipment or a degree in science to bake fresh, soft bread at home, and I show you exactly how to mix and proof the dough so it turns out perfect every single time. ### Learn Baking from Scratch Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched an oven or someone looking to switch to healthier, yeast-free habits, my workshops are designed for you. Baking is a skill, and like any skill, it gets easier with practice. In our session, we go through the process step-by-step. ### What We Cover We focus on the techniques that make bread-making accessible. You will learn to: * Make soft ladi pav that pulls apart perfectly. * Create your own pizza bases from scratch. * Bake herb-infused focaccia that tastes like it came from an Italian kitchen. * Use curd and soda as leavening agents instead of commercial yeast. ### Why Yeast-Free? Many of my students come to me because they struggle to find fresh, yeast-free bread that fits their dietary needs.
