All ingredients and tools are waiting for you at my studio, so just bring yourself and your excitement. My workshops are designed for everyone, especially if you think baking is complicated. Whether you have never touched an oven or you want to fix your piping skills, I will guide you from the basics. ### What happens in the workshop? We spend 5-6 hours together, and it is a semi-hands-on experience. We start with baking a perfect eggless sponge from scratch, using oil-based recipes that work in any home oven. Then, we move to the fun part: assembly and decoration. I will show you how to slice layers evenly, whip cream to the perfect stiff peak, and master techniques like chocolate collars, photo prints, and making those fancy doll cakes. ### Why join? - **No prior knowledge needed:** If you do not know the C of cake, that is exactly why you should come. - **Everything included:** I provide all raw materials, tools, and recipe notes. You only need to show up. - **Take home your art:** You get to box up the cake you decorated and take it home to show your family. - **Lifetime support:** Once you are in my class, you are part of my community. You get lifetime access to our private WhatsApp group for troubleshooting, sharing your wins, or asking questions when you are baking at home. These sessions are about building confidence. My goal is to make sure you walk out with the skill and the belief that you can bake this again in your own kitchen. ## About Archana's Humble Bakes I am Archana, and I believe everyone has a hidden baker in them.
