'MAJDOOR' banna padta hai. That is the philosophy behind everything we do at Arch. When you order from us, you aren't getting mass-produced items, you are getting something hand-packed and checked by the two of us. We take the stress out of your gifting by handling the design, the packing, and the logistics, so you can just focus on the celebration. ### How We Work Our office in Basavanagudi is where the magic happens. Whether it is a single custom mug for a birthday or 200 keychains for a corporate event, we approach every project with the same level of detail. We handle the design, printing, and packaging, ensuring every item meets the quality we would expect if we were gifting it to our own friends and family. ### The Story Behind the Box We started Arch because we realized that mass-produced gifts often lack soul. We wanted to create something that feels like it belongs to the person receiving it. As a husband-wife team, we divide the work based on who can do it best, but we both share the responsibility of packing every order. We have built this business from scratch, and we are proud to have worked with organizations like IBM and various educational institutions, while still maintaining the personal touch for individual clients. ### What We Handle * **Design & Customization:** We translate your ideas into visuals, whether it's a specific brand logo or a sentimental photo. * **Packaging:** We don't just put items in a box. We think about the presentation, the ribbon, and the unboxing experience. * **Logistics:** From local delivery in Bengaluru to shipping across India, we ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time. If you have an idea, no matter how wild or specific, tell us. We love the challenge of making it happen. ## About Arch We are Arch, a husband-wife team figuring it all out together. Some days we are the ones signing the bills, but most days you will find us packing boxes and tying ribbons by hand. Every hamper we send out is a piece of our dream, packed with love.
