Because we operate as a strict no-bully zone, you can focus entirely on learning your strokes or building your endurance without any unnecessary social pressure. ### Why we do what we do Swimming is a life skill, not just a sport. We focus on creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their current skill level. Our pools are regularly maintained to meet high hygiene standards, so you can train with peace of mind. ### Certified coaching & curriculum All our sessions are guided by SAI-certified instructors. If you are starting out, we emphasize the fundamentals: water safety, breathing techniques (bubbling), floating, and basic Freestyle or Backstroke. For those ready to progress, our advanced modules focus on technique correction, all four competitive strokes, and lap swimming to build stamina. ### Locations & flexibility We operate at major school facilities to ensure a safe, enclosed environment for all our members: - **Delhi:** Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai - **Faridabad:** Apeejay School, Sector 15 - **Noida:** Apeejay School, Sector 16A, Film City We run sessions from 5 AM to 10 PM.
