In my sessions, we focus on technique that actually works for your body, ensuring you feel strong and confident, rather than getting exhausted by complex steps that do not match your unique style. People see me on stages like the Dancing Queen finale and think it was all glamour, but the reality is I have fought hard to claim my space as a plus-size dancer. My classes are a direct reflection of that journey. We do not do background roles here. Whether you are a beginner struggling with the thought 'Are mala nahi jamat' (I cannot do it) or someone looking to level up, we work on musicality and posture that celebrates you. My approach is not about rigid, unrealistic body standards, it is about 'size large, full charge' energy where we use dance as therapy to release stress. We cover everything from high-energy Bollywood choreography to Hip Hop and Indian folk, focusing on cognitive drills, left-right coordination, and stage confidence. It does not matter if you have never danced before. We leave insecurity at the door.
