My Desi Beats & Folk Rhythms classes are designed for anyone who loves the music but feels intimidated by formal training. We keep it real and focus on: * **Bollywood & Commercial:** Understanding the energy, expressions, and the drama behind every beat. * **Indian Folk (Gidda & Lavani):** Connecting with the roots while keeping the movements accessible for your current fitness level. * **Technique & Mudras:** Simple, effective hand gestures to make your dance look polished without making it feel like a chore. I teach at Nritya Raaga Studio in Chembur and Avighnaa in Mira Road. The environment is supportive—no judgmental mirrors, just us finding our groove.
