Everything comes ready to heat and dip, so you are not stuck in the kitchen while guests are waiting. When it comes to the matcha, I do not hide the natural bitterness. I balance it with creamy, velvety textures so it hits that sweet spot without being cloying. Matcha isn't for everyone, but for those who get it, it is a mood. I layer the grassy, deep notes of high-quality green tea with richness. Think of a Tres Leches sponge soaked in creamy milk, or a cheesecake that gives you a satisfying crunch in every bite. It is all about playing with texture and finding that balance that feels sophisticated but still comforting. Then there is the fondue. This is my go-to for when I want to force everyone to put their phones down and just talk. I send over the pots, the dippables, and the melted cheese, all ready to go. It is simple, it is tactile, and it makes hosting feel like less of a chore. Whether you are planning a date night or just have a group of friends coming over, these options cut out the stress of prep. Everything is made in my kitchen in Khar West. Because I handle these in small batches, I can ensure the matcha does not lose its vibrant color or flavor and the fondue cheese stays smooth. I deliver across Mumbai, but if you are in the neighborhood, feel free to swing by and pick it up yourself. ## About Apero I am Malvika, the mom-chef behind Apero. I created these collections because life is too short for boring dessert, and a warm fondue pot is the best way to get people talking. It is messy, real, and always made with the 'maa ke haath ka pyaar' I learned at home.
