Because everything is handmade in small batches in my Khar kitchen, I recommend placing bulk gifting orders at least a week in advance to ensure I can maintain that signature Apero quality for every single hamper. ### Bringing Apero to Your Diwali When I started Apero in the middle of lockdown, I wanted food that felt like a hug. For Diwali, that translates into hampers that break the monotony of standard store-bought sweets. Whether you are hosting an intimate card party or looking for corporate gifting that actually gets eaten instead of re-gifted, I focus on the balance of sweet, salty, and savory. ### What Goes Into Your Hamper My festive menu includes: * **Ode to Bombay Clusters:** A crunch-heavy tribute to the city, mixing cornflakes chivda and kurmura, crafted to be distinctively fresh. * **Artisanal Cheese Platters:** From Truffle Cacio e Pepe to Cheddar with Chilli, these are meant to be the center of your grazing table. * **Handcrafted Dessert Delights:** Think Belgian chocolate dream cakes and nut-powered 'Swaad Peti' boxes that respect tradition while adding a modern twist. ### Why Book With Me? I run a tight ship in my Khar kitchen, and transparency is key. Because I don't use preservatives or shortcuts, my hampers are fresh. If you are ordering for a large office party or a family event, let’s talk early. The 'chaos' behind the scenes—my team and I working through the festive rush—is what ensures that the box you receive looks and tastes intentional. I handle deliveries across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, or you can pick up directly from my kitchen in Khar West. ## About Apero I’m Malvika, and Apero was born from a late-night kitchen epiphany. I juggle chef life, mom life, and the festive hustle to make sure every Diwali box that leaves my kitchen feels like a personal hug rather than a generic corporate gift.
