They hit their flavor peak when you let them sit out on the counter for about ten minutes before serving, allowing the truffle, herbs, and spices to soften and bloom. Every cheese dome you see here—whether it is the earthy Truffle & Shiitake, the punchy Cheddar, Chilli & Burnt Garlic, or the sweet-tart Truffle, Pistachio & Cranberry—is part of how I started Apero. I wanted to move away from the standard, boring supermarket blocks and create something that felt like a personalized gift for your palate. ### Why a Cheese Dome? These aren't just scoops of cream cheese. They are curated flavor journeys. The process starts with selecting premium dairy, which is then hand-folded with aromatics and piped into these signature shapes. I focus on balance: a bit of crunch from the nuts, a hint of sweetness from dried berries, and the rich, savory depth of truffle or garlic. ### How to Serve These platters are designed for more than just parties. * **Date Nights:** The smaller kits pair perfectly with a glass of wine when you just need to disconnect. * **Hosting:** If you are having friends over, these domes serve as a sculptural centerpiece. Arrange them with fresh grapes, strawberries, and my house-made crackers, and the table essentially styles itself. * **Gifting:** If you are sending this as a surprise, you are sending a full grazing experience, not just a snack. Everything is made to order in my Khar kitchen. I don't believe in keeping stock sitting on a shelf, so when you order, you are getting the freshest batch possible. If you have a specific flavor preference or a theme for your event, reach out. I love mixing and matching the domes to create something that fits your vibe. ## About Apero I'm Malvika, and Apero started in my kitchen during the lockdown. It is messy, it is chaotic, and it is fueled by toddler tantrums and 5 a.m. prep, but every cheese dome I pipe is filled with pure 'maa ke haath ka pyaar.' I do not just sell snacks—I pack up little edible hugs for you to share.
