I designed these collections to bridge that gap. Whether it is our savory cheese modaks that pair perfectly with an evening drink or our nut-powered, sugar-free laddoos, every box is meant to be opened and shared immediately, not left on a shelf. Festivals in Mumbai are all about gathering, and I believe the food on your table should reflect that. When I put together these festive collections, I do not just look at recipes, I think about the memory I want to create for your family. ### Ganesh Chaturthi For Bappa’s arrival, I wanted to step away from the expected. Our 'Sattva' box is for those seeking a cleaner, guilt-free indulgence, featuring nut-powered, naturally sweetened modaks. If you are hosting, my 'Ananda' box with artisanal cheese modaks and crackers is a conversation starter. It brings a gourmet, savory twist to the festivities that guests always find surprising and delicious. ### Rakhi and Sibling Celebrations Rakhi is about the love-hate dynamic of siblinghood. My hampers, like 'Sugar & Strings' or the '2 Rivals Platter', are built to match that energy. I mix our signature cheese dips with sweet treats to ensure there is something for both the sweet tooth and the savory snacker. Everything is packed to withstand the hustle, ready to be handed over as a thoughtful, high-end gift. ### Christmas and Year-End My Christmas menu is built from the same pen-and-paper method I use for my own family dinners. It is all about wholesome, comforting meals. From our slow-cooked pot pies to decadent desserts, we handle the kitchen work so you can actually enjoy the party. Because we are a small team operating out of my kitchen in Khar West, we make everything fresh to order. If you have a specific date for your celebration, please reach out early so I can make sure your box gets the attention it needs. ## About Apero I am Malvika. What started as a late-night cheese epiphany in my kitchen has turned into this labor of love. I treat every festive order as if I am gifting it to my own family, mixing traditional roots with a modern, gourmet twist.
