Since we do not use preservatives, we prefer to deliver our grazing components separately, so you can assemble them right before your guests arrive and ensure every cracker stays perfectly crisp. I started Apero in my own kitchen, and even today, I stick to what my mother-in-law calls 'maa ke haath ka pyaar' or the love of a mother's hands. My goal is simple: food should feel like a hug, not just a meal. When you book a grazing table or order a party platter, you are getting food made from scratch, with no shortcuts. Our cheese domes, like the Truffle and Shitake Mushroom or the Chilli and Burnt Garlic, are designed to be the center of your table. We pair them with handmade crackers and fresh fruits to create a spread that looks as good as it tastes. For savory cravings, we bake everything from Chicken and Leek Pot Pies to Wild Mushroom tarts, all with a buttery, flaky crust that comes straight from our oven. Since we are based in Khar West and serve the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, we manage our logistics carefully. We pack items so they travel well, and for larger events, we help you set everything up to ensure the final look is perfect. Whether it is a corporate launch at Jio World Drive or a quiet Friday night with cheese and wine, my team and I put the same level of care into every order.
