It keeps the texture perfect from my kitchen to your table, ensuring that the creamy mousse or fudgy crumb stays exactly as it should be without the need for unnecessary plastic wrapping. My kitchen is rarely quiet. Whether it is a Flourless French Chocolate Cake for a quiet night in or a batch of Matcha & Chocolate Dream cakes for a celebration, I focus on intensity of flavour. People often ask why our cheesecakes have a different texture—it is because we flip the script. We build them upside-down so the buttery crust hits your palate first, followed by the velvety filling and the fruit compote center. It is a messy process, but it works. Everything you see here is made to order in Khar West. I do not believe in shelf-stable, mass-produced sweets. If you are ordering for a party in Mumbai, please keep in mind that I need a bit of lead time to prep. This ensures you get that fresh-from-the-oven quality every single time. If you are craving something specific, like our seasonal Mango Mascarpone Dream Cake or a rich Tiramisu, just reach out so we can plan the timing together. ## About Apero I am Malvika, the face behind Apero. I started this in my home kitchen, juggling toddler tantrums and recipe testing, because I wanted food to feel like a warm hug. It is real ingredients, bold flavours, and zero shortcuts.
