We offer three main ways to bring Apero to your table: 1. Signature Grazing Tables: Our main stage. A full-service setup with imported cheeses, truffle mousses, and extensive floral decor. 2. Full-Service & Live Stations: Perfect for those who want zero-stress hosting. We handle everything from the live chefs to the waitstaff. 3. Drop-Off Party Boxes: Ideal for intimate home gatherings. These come with instructions so you can assemble and serve like a pro. My team and I handle the hustle behind the scenes—the 5 a.m. starts, the sourcing, the styling—so the result feels effortless for you. We focus on mixing global techniques with Indian flavours, creating food that people actually want to talk about.
