Because I work in small batches, I can adjust flavors for your specific event, whether you need pull-apart savory buns for a brunch or a custom cake for a birthday. If you are looking for a specific flavor profile or have a special request, let us chat about what we can bake to make your gathering feel personal. When I started Apero, I wanted to bring back the warmth of home cooking with a sophisticated twist. My bakery collection is an extension of that goal. You will find that my savory items, like the Braised Lamb Shepherd's Tart or the Wild Mushroom and Brie Tart, are designed to be substantial, flavorful, and comforting. They are the kind of food that anchors a table. On the sweeter side, I love playing with balance. You might find earthy matcha in a Tres Leches or deep, rich chocolate in a fudgy cake. My process involves separating components for DIY boxes to ensure the texture stays perfect until you serve it. Whether it is a batch of pull-apart Chicken Buns for a house party or a custom cake, I focus on the details that make people smile. I operate from my studio in Khar West and deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
