For high-octane films like 'CRAKK', I have to ensure the outfit is functional enough for stunts—that tactical harness has to stay secure while the actor is running or fighting—while still keeping the character's aesthetic sharp. It is a constant balancing act between visual storytelling and the physical reality of the set. Designing for the screen is a collaborative dance. When I build a look for a film or TV show, it is not just about what looks good in a still photo; it is about movement, lighting, and narrative continuity. **Film & High-Octane Action** Designing for a movie requires a different set of priorities. We look at fabric durability, mobility for stunt sequences, and how the texture holds up under harsh industrial lighting in locations like Poland. My job is to make sure the costume is invisible to the audience because it feels so natural to the character, even during intense action shots. **Television & Drama** On sets like '#Vanshaj', the focus shifts to storytelling through color palettes and silhouettes that audiences recognize instantly. Whether it is a vibrant chikankari kurta or a specific saree drape, these details help define character arcs and set the tone for a long-running series. **The Behind-the-Scenes** My role goes beyond sourcing. I am on set for monitor checks to fix flyaways, manage continuity, and handle those last-minute adjustments right before the director shouts 'action.' Whether it is sourcing vintage pieces or coordinating custom tailoring, I make sure the cast feels comfortable and looks the part from the first shot to the last. ## About Anushka Tugnait Hi, I'm Anushka.
