The grain patterns and bark edges mean your painting will have its own unique character that you just do not get with a standard flat canvas. It is a rustic, heartfelt way to display a portrait, especially if you love that earthy, organic aesthetic in your home decor. Every piece begins with your high-resolution photos, which I sketch out before beginning the painting process. I use professional-grade acrylics to capture the details of your pets or loved ones, layering the paint to ensure the colors are vibrant and true to life. Once the painting is complete, I seal each piece with a satin varnish to protect the artwork from UV damage and dust, ensuring it lasts for years. Because the surface is natural wood, the texture interacts with the paint in a way that feels organic and intimate, making these perfect for memorial keepsakes or special gifts. Whether you need a 4-inch miniature for a shelf or a larger statement piece, each commission comes with a small easel so you can display it immediately. I am based in Mumbai, but I ship these hand-painted keepsakes worldwide, safely packaged to handle the journey. If you have a rush deadline, please let me know when you reach out so I can plan my painting schedule accordingly. ## About Anushka Nayak I am Anushka, and I pour my heart into every piece I create.
