When you order, I send them in bulk containers, so you can easily plate them up for your guests without any extra hassle. Whether you are hosting a small get-together or just craving a break from routine cooking, these signatures are what I am known for. My Gongura Pulihora is a favorite for a reason; that tanginess is something you only get when using fresh sorrel leaves and the right balance of spices. For appetizers, I keep it simple and flavorful. My Veg Manchuria is a local favorite, tossed with peppers and aromatics to get that perfect crunch that holds up even after delivery. I do not follow restaurant-style heavy cream or excess oil recipes; my focus is on the comfort of home food. Planning for a group? My signature dishes are available for orders starting at 25 plates. Since I handle everything from my own kitchen near Alfa Gardens, please check with me a couple of days in advance so I can source the freshest vegetables and prep the base masalas. ### Ordering Basics * **Freshness:** No pre-packed sauces or additives. Everything is made from scratch. * **Spice Levels:** Since this is home-style, I can adjust the heat to suit your family's preference. Just let me know when you call. * **Logistics:** Delivery is available within 7km of K.R. Puram. I provide bulk delivery; you will need to arrange your own serving platters. ## About Anu's Kitchen Namaskaram! I am Anu.
