Since this is a home-based service, I provide the cooking, but you will need to manage the serving arrangements at your venue. This approach helps me keep the food quality consistent and authentic, exactly the way I prepare it for my own family. From traditional Andhra comfort food to party favorites, this collection represents the core of what I do. My kitchen is built on the belief that real, soul-satisfying food does not come from a restaurant, but from consistent, daily preparation using family recipes. ### What You Can Expect My menu covers the full spectrum of Andhra and Hyderabadi flavours. Whether you are looking for a simple, healthy thali for a weekday lunch or a spread for a larger gathering, I focus on the basics that people often miss in commercial catering: fresh, seasonal vegetables, the right balance of spices, and high-quality rice. ### My Culinary Focus * **Traditional Andhra:** I specialize in the classics, including Gongura curry, Gutti Vankaya, and authentic Pulihora. These are dishes that require time and patience, something I dedicate to every batch I cook. * **Hyderabadi Soul:** You will find biryanis and kebabs that respect the original spice profiles without being overly oily or synthetic. * **Pooja & Satvik Menus:** I have a dedicated workflow for satvik food, ensuring zero onion or garlic, which I prepare with the care and sanctity required for ceremonies like Satyanarayana Swamy poojas. ### Serving Areas & Logistics I operate out of my kitchen in K.R. Puram and primarily serve the surrounding areas within a 7km radius, including Alfa Gardens. Because everything is cooked fresh, I do not maintain a massive inventory, so planning ahead helps me ensure your order gets the attention it deserves. If you have specific dietary preferences or need a custom menu for a small family function, feel free to reach out and discuss your requirements. ## About Anu's Kitchen I’m Anu, and I started this kitchen to share the authentic Andhra flavours I grew up with.
