All meals are delivered in bulk containers, keeping the food hot and ready to serve the moment your guests arrive. I cook for groups starting at 25 people, ensuring the consistency of a home kitchen, even when preparing for larger gatherings. ### Your Feast, My Kitchen Hosting a housewarming or a family pooja is stressful enough without worrying about the kitchen. My goal is to bring the comfort of authentic Andhra cuisine to your table, prepared with the same care I would use for my own family. Whether you need a traditional breakfast spread or a full-course lunch feast, everything is made from scratch using high-quality ingredients like pure cow ghee, Sona Masoori rice, and fresh vegetables. ### Flexible Menus for Any Gathering I specialize in two main types of service: * **Traditional Breakfast Spreads:** Think Ghee Pongal loaded with cashews, crispy Medu Vada, and tangy Andhra-style Sambar. It is the perfect, comforting start for a morning pooja. * **Grand Celebration Feasts:** For lunch or dinner events, I prepare hearty meals featuring Temple Pulihora, aromatic Veg Biryani, and rich curries like Potato Kaju Masala. ### Pure & Traditional Catering I understand that many family functions require satvik food. If your event calls for it, I provide a complete menu prepared without onion or garlic, ensuring the purity required for rituals like Satyanarayana Swamy poojas. My kitchen strictly segregates utensils for these requests, so you never have to worry about cross-contamination. ### How It Works I serve groups from 25 up to 85 guests. All food is delivered as a bulk drop-off in food-grade foil containers or steel vessels, making it easy for you to manage the serving. Because I focus on fresh, homestyle cooking, I ask for a bit of notice to plan the ingredients and prep schedule. ## About Anu's Kitchen Namaskaram! I am Anu.
