You get a carefully packed mix of tangy Pulihora, comforting Sambar, fresh seasonal vegetables, and a sweet finish, all cooked without the heavy oils or preservatives you might find in restaurant food. When I started my kitchen, the goal was simple. I wanted to make sure people in K.R. Puram could find authentic Andhra food that actually tastes like it came from home. Whether you are planning a corporate lunch, a small family function, or just need a reliable meal solution for a festival day, these platters take the stress out of feeding a crowd. Each platter includes a rotating selection of staples like: - **Rice & Mains:** Authentic temple-style Pulihora, steamed Sona Masoori rice, and protein-rich dal. - **Vegetables:** Seasonal curries, including options like Gutti Vankaya or simple stir-fries. - **Traditional Sides:** Homemade pickles and curds to complete the experience. I understand that purity is important for many of my clients. If you have religious ceremonies or prefer a Satvik diet, I offer specialized meal prep without any onion or garlic. I take great care to ensure these orders are prepared separately to maintain that sanctity. Logistics are straightforward. I handle bulk orders for groups starting from 25 people, delivering everything packed hot and ready to serve so you can focus on your guests. If you have specific requirements for your menu or need a mix of dishes for your event, just reach out and we can discuss the details. ## About Anu's Kitchen I am Anu, and my kitchen is where I bring the flavours of Andhra and Hyderabad to life.
