If you see a review praising the Gongura Pappu or my spice levels, know that the balance of tanginess in those dishes is exactly what my regular customers have asked for over the last two years. Running a cloud kitchen from my home is not just about delivering meals, it is about building a relationship with the people I feed. Whether it is a daily Andhra veg thali, a spicy chicken biryani, or a bulk order for a satyanarayana pooja, the input I get from customers is the only reason my menu improves. I treat every review like a conversation. When a customer tells me the 'Gutti Vankaya' needs a bit more spice or the fish curry gravy should be tangier, I listen. That is how I developed my specific 'No Onion Garlic' meal option—it came directly from a customer request for pooja catering. My cooking process is simple: I prepare what I would serve my own family, but your feedback helps me ensure it lands right on your palate, too. If you are looking for that specific 'Ghar ka swad' (taste of home) in K.R. Puram, these testimonials should give you an honest picture of what to expect from my kitchen. I am always happy to answer questions about the ingredients or the spice levels of any dish before you place an order. ## About Anu's Kitchen I am Anu, and I started this kitchen to bring the taste of real Andhra households to your table. Every message or review I get helps me refine my recipes, ensuring the spice levels and tanginess are just right for your home.
