My cooking is strictly home-style with controlled spice levels and no heavy preservatives, so it feels like a regular lunch you would fix at home. My journey started during the COVID pandemic. Being isolated, I realized how much I missed the comfort of simple, home-cooked Andhra food. Ordering from hotels was not working because the spice levels were often too high or the ingredients felt processed. I started this kitchen to solve that problem for myself and my neighbors in K.R. Puram and the surrounding areas. When you order from me, you are not getting restaurant-grade, pre-prepped food. You are getting the same meals I prepare for my own home. I handle everything from my authentic Gongura chicken and Nellore fish curry to special pooja menus without onion or garlic. Whether it is a daily Andhra veg thali, a comforting bowl of Pappucharu, or a weekend Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, the priority remains fresh, local ingredients and authentic family recipes. If you have a specific dietary requirement, just let me know. I genuinely enjoy interacting with everyone who tries my food, and I am happy to adjust spice levels or plan a custom menu for your events. It is not just about a transaction, it is about bringing that Andhra ruchulu (Andhra flavours) experience to your table. ## About Anu's Kitchen Namaskaram!
