Instead, I focus on the soft light hitting your favorite armchair or the way shadows fall against your wall, turning your own space into a backdrop that tells your actual story. My goal is to capture you as you are, not as you think you should look for the camera. The best part about home shoots is the ease. You don't need to travel, manage change rooms, or worry about crowds. Whether it is a sunny window in your living room or a quiet corner of your study, I use your space to build the composition. ### How I Work Indoors - **Natural Light Focus:** I prefer using available light. We will spend a few minutes moving around to find where the light hits best—sometimes that is right by the curtains, other times it is in the middle of the room. - **Minimal Gear:** I shoot with a Sony Alpha 7 IV and Sigma prime lenses. This setup is compact and unobtrusive, so you won't feel like you are being watched by a massive camera rig. It also gives me that soft, creamy bokeh (background blur) that makes your portraits pop without needing a plain backdrop. - **Styling:** We can keep it casual with your own clothes or plan a few looks that fit your home's aesthetic. If you want a more styled vibe, I am happy to collaborate with MUAs to make it happen. Ultimately, these sessions are about capturing raw, unfiltered moods. You won't find me forcing stiff poses. Instead, we’ll move, talk, and shoot until we find the frames that feel authentic. If you are worried about not being a model, don't be—I provide active guidance on posing so you feel comfortable from start to finish. ## About Anuj Saraogi I am Anuj.
