It is about the weeks of practice where they learn to handle nerves and trust their teammates in a pyramid or lift. If you want your child to join a team that actively competes and performs, this is where they build that mental and physical discipline. ### Training for the Stage I have seen how performing at venues like Talkatora Stadium or Shah Auditorium changes a student. It moves yoga from a quiet practice to a powerful form of expression. ### What My Performance Batches Include: - **Strength & Agility:** We work on high-intensity drills, backbends like Chakrasana, and flexibility training needed for complex formations. - **Acro Yoga:** Children learn to form human pyramids and master partner balancing techniques, which builds massive trust and teamwork. - **Stage Confidence:** Dealing with crowds, music, and performance pressure helps children develop a calm mind, even in high-stakes environments. This is not about rigid instruction. We learn through play, stories, and team goals.
