Our training connects ancient wisdom with modern science. When you look at our graduates, you see people who learned anatomy from practicing orthopedic surgeons and prenatal care from gynecologists, not just from a textbook. This clinical approach is why our students feel ready to lead their first class the day they graduate. ### Beyond the Mat Most yoga certification courses stop at asana practice and basic philosophy. At Anubhuti Yog, we realized early on that to be a successful, safe, and professional instructor, you need more. That is why our curriculum brings in specialists. ### What Our Graduates Carry Forward * **Clinical Knowledge:** You will learn anatomy and physiology directly from professionals who treat patients, helping you teach classes that are safe for people with chronic pain or injuries. * **Real-World Internship:** We do not believe in theory alone. Every student completes a mandatory 2-month internship. You will be teaching real people, dealing with real questions, and learning how to correct postures under guidance. * **Career Readiness:** Whether you want to open your own studio, teach in schools, or work in a gym, our training covers the business side of yoga. You will leave knowing how to structure a class, manage a room, and build your own practice. ### Why Students Choose Us Our graduates, like Nandita and Rajni, often mention that they didn't expect the level of professional support they received. We keep batches small in our Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram studios because you deserve personal attention, not just a certificate. If you are serious about building a career, we are here to provide the structure and guidance to make it happen. ### Certification That Matters Your training is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and the Government of India (QCI/YCB Level 1). This is your ticket to teaching not just in India, but anywhere in the world. It is a rigorous, honest path, but as our students will tell you, it works. ## About Anubhuti Yog I am Shilpi Gupta, the founder of Anubhuti Yog.
