We combine theory, practicals, and an internship to ensure you are fully prepared to teach. My goal is to make you an international certified yoga trainer.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f100b1fd-2a48-487d-bec3-4b6d6730574a) ## About Meet Your Mentor I do not believe in theory-only classes where you just watch and listen. In my 200-hour certification course, you will be on the mat from day one, learning how to correct postures, manage a class, and handle specific client needs like prenatal adjustments. It is about getting you classroom-ready, not just certified. My approach to yoga teacher training in Delhi NCR is rooted in real-world application. Whether you are joining my Vivek Vihar studio or the Indirapuram location, the curriculum is designed to help you secure work immediately after graduation. ### Why train with Anubhuti Yog? * **Practical Focus:** We skip the boring theory. You spend your weekends practicing, teaching, and learning anatomy through direct experience on the mat. * **Global Recognition:** Our 200-hour course is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and the Government of India (QCI/YCB). This certification allows you to teach in gyms, schools, and private studios anywhere. * **Internship & Placement:** Certification is only the first step. I provide a mandatory 2-month internship and placement support, helping you find roles or set up your own private classes. ### Who this is for My students range from beginners looking to deepen their own practice to experienced trainers wanting to specialize. I offer specific modules for prenatal yoga, therapeutic healing, and advanced asana corrections. Because I keep my batches small, I can give you personal attention and counseling to ensure you know exactly where your career is headed. If you are serious about becoming a professional instructor, this is where you start. ## About Anubhuti Yog I started Anubhuti Yog because I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can pay high fees. I personally oversee our weekend batches and internships, ensuring you graduate with the confidence to lead your own classes.
