For bathrooms, I integrate moisture-resistant materials and layered lighting to create a durable, hotel-style environment that maintains its finish over time. My approach to utility spaces combines architectural precision with premium material selection. In the kitchen, I implement modular layouts using BWR carcass structures and high-grade hardware from brands like Hettich and Hafele. This ensures longevity even in high-humidity conditions. I prioritize ergonomic storage solutions, such as handleless cabinetry and integrated appliance housing, to keep the visual lines clean and clutter-free. For bathroom renovations, I focus on transforming basic washrooms into private sanctuaries. This involves installing large-format marble or tile, which reduces grout lines and makes cleaning easier. I use strategic cove lighting and backlighting around mirrors to provide shadow-free illumination, ideal for daily grooming. My process includes full plumbing and sanitary ware upgrades to ensure the internal infrastructure matches the external finish. Whether you need a full turnkey renovation or design-only consultancy, I handle the technical aspects including civil plans, reflected ceiling plans, and joinery drawings. My 2022 Architecture and Interior Design Excellence Award serves as a professional assurance of the quality and attention to detail I bring to every residential project in the National Capital Region. ## About Anoop Kumar Architects I am Anoop Kumar, and my team at Anoop Kumar Architects treats kitchens and bathrooms as functional machinery that also happens to look sophisticated.
