We utilize our Garden Patio and serene Yoga Shala to create an atmosphere that feels like a retreat. ### Choose Your Flow We offer three distinct ways to celebrate: * **The Soulful Mini-Gathering (90–120 mins):** Perfect for small groups wanting a gentle yoga session or a women's circle. We provide all mats and bolsters, followed by high-tea with unlimited herbal teas and vegan treats. * **Private Farm-to-Table Dining (2.5 hours):** A food-focused experience. We set a long community table, either outdoors or in our cafe, serving a 3-course organic, plant-based menu that is gluten-free and refined sugar-free friendly. * **The Full Urban Retreat (3–4 hours):** Our premium experience. You get the Shala for a sound bath or breathwork session, a full wholesome brunch, and wellness goodie bags for every guest. ### Nourishment Beyond the Plate Food is at the heart of what we do.
