It represents the consistency we have maintained over 36 years, from our first small event to the 5000+ gatherings we have managed since. Whether we are setting up a traditional Konkani Pangat or a live pizza station, my focus is the same—ensuring the taste stays honest and the service feels personal. I started this journey in 1985 with a simple vision: serving food that feels like home. In those early days, the catering business was quite straightforward—basic traditional menus and simple floral decor were enough. But as the world changed, I knew we had to adapt to stay relevant without losing our soul. My participation in industry expos and receiving national recognitions like the Aakar Excellence Awards have been great milestones. They are not just validations of our work but opportunities for me to learn what is trending globally. It is why you see us serving authentic Ukdiche Modak alongside modern fusion small plates like Burmese Bowls or Mocktail bars. I believe the secret to our longevity is our ability to listen. I spend a lot of time connecting with other chefs and decorators to bring new ideas to our clients in Mumbai.
