When we practice in a group, we create a specific atmosphere of silence and discipline that helps you deepen your own Sadhana. You will learn the exact geometry of the body and the science of breath so that you can eventually take these tools home and practice them independently, just as the ancient tradition intended. ### A Traditional Approach to Hatha Yoga I teach Classical Hatha Yoga in its pure form. There are no mirrors, no loud music, and no trendy modifications. My workshops are designed to provide a transfer of knowledge, meaning you learn the sequence thoroughly so you can maintain the practice on your own. ### What You Will Learn My foundation workshops are intensive, typically spanning 2 to 4 days, focusing on specific modules: * **Surya Kriya:** A powerful 21-step process designed as a comprehensive spiritual practice to activate your energy system. * **Angamardana:** A series of rigorous processes to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. * **Yogasanas:** A way to align your system and rejuvenate your body, mind, and energy. ### My Teaching Method Every session includes precise attention to your body geometry and breathing patterns. We prioritize accuracy so that your home practice is safe and effective. If you are joining a workshop, please be prepared for a space of silence and deep focus. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, the goal remains the same: to create a meditative mind and the internal stability to handle life's challenges with ease. Sessions are held at my studio in Wilson Garden or in community halls across Bengaluru. All necessary mats are provided for the duration of the workshop. ## About Ankit Bhauwala I am Bhau, and I teach because I want to share the tools that brought stillness into my own life.
