We look at the ground levels and wind conditions before suggesting a structure. Whether you need a heavy-duty frame for a large pandal or light gazebos for a garden function, we ensure the seating and lighting are secured so your event remains stable and comfortable throughout the day. Outdoor events depend on reliability. We have been managing tent and pandal setups in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area since 2003, which means we understand how to navigate different venue rules and local weather challenges. **Our Outdoor Setup Process:** * **Site Inspection:** Before we bring in the materials, we check the ground. We adapt our tent frames to handle both paved plots and grassy lawns. * **Fabric and Drapes:** We use weather-appropriate fabrics for shamianas and ceiling drapes. For daytime events, we focus on bright colors that stand out under the sun, while evening receptions get warmer lighting and denser fabric layers to hold the ambiance. * **Structure Stability:** A tent is only as good as its frame. We prioritize secure ground pinning and weighted bases so that walkways and entrance gates stay in place even during busy event hours. * **Functional Layouts:** Beyond just the tent, we arrange the guest seating, stage, and buffet areas to ensure smooth movement. We can integrate fans, lighting, and sound systems into the tent structure for a finished look. We provide services for all outdoor occasions, including traditional haldi and mehandi ceremonies, wedding receptions, and community functions. If you have a specific venue in mind, we can discuss the feasibility of tenting layouts and provide a practical plan that fits your budget and the space available. ## About Anjani Decorators We are Anjani Decorators from Mira Road.
