I handle your peak week micro-adjustments and backstage tanning so you can focus entirely on your posing. You need a coach who is right there with you in the pump-up area, not just sending files from a distance. ### More Than Just Diet Bodybuilding is a mental game and a physical test. When you are prepping for a show, you are not just an athlete, you are a machine that needs fine-tuning. My prep process is hands-on because I believe a weak off-season leads to a weak stage presence. ### The Final 7 Days Peak week is where championships are won or lost. I don't give you a generic PDF. I monitor your conditioning, adjust your sodium intake, and manage your water levels until the skin is paper-thin and the muscle is full. Whether it is NPC India, Chopra Classic, or local shows, the goal is always the same: that 'hard and dry' look. ### Backstage Support The job doesn't end when you leave the gym. On the day of the show, I am your support system behind the curtain. - **Tan & Oil:** Application is critical. If it is streaky, you lose points. I ensure the tan is perfect. - **Pump-ups:** I guide your final pump before you face the judges, ensuring vascularity and muscle separation are maximized. - **Posing Refinement:** I personally correct your lat spread and side chest just before you walk out to ensure you command the stage. ### Why Train With Me I have taken athletes from basic transformation to winning gold. We focus on natural prep for those who want it, and we prioritize your health over everything else. We are a brotherhood, not a corporate firm.
