During the winter, my Sarson da Saag is slow-cooked in a copper handi to get that exact, creamy texture you miss from home. Whether you need a quick satvik meal or a heavy winter feast delivered anywhere in Delhi NCR, just give me a shout. We take our seasons seriously here. During Navratri, you don't have to compromise on taste while fasting. Our Vrat Thali is famous for a reason—it is packed with Shahi Paneer, crispy kuttu puris, raita, and samak rice kheer, all for an honest price starting at just ₹135. It is the kind of meal that keeps you full and happy, without using a single grain of onion or garlic. When the Delhi winter chill hits, there is only one solution: Makke di Roti and Sarson da Saag. I prepare the saag in massive copper pots, letting it simmer for hours with a traditional tempering of ginger, green chili, and authentic spices. It is served with gur, mooli, and a big dollop of butter. If you are ordering for home, we ensure it reaches you piping hot. We are fully set up for delivery across Delhi NCR, so you do not need to step out into the cold for a taste of Punjab. ## About Angithi Tadka by Madaan I am Madaan, and I believe food should be a celebration of the season.
