We slow-cook the lentils and kidney beans with fresh tomato puree and a special spice blend to ensure every portion retains the authentic, homemade flavour that people actually want to eat. Whether you are organising a community langar, a family bhandara, or a large event, the food has to be consistent. We specialise in bulk cooking that doesn't feel like mass-produced catering. Everything we make is 100% pure vegetarian and Satvik, prepared in our Tilak Nagar kitchen. ### Our Bulk-Cooked Specialities We focus on comfort dishes that are popular for a reason. We pack everything hygienically in sealed containers, whether you need single-dish meal bowls for roadside distribution or partitioned thalis for sit-down events.
