Whether I am serving a thali, a kulhad of Rajma Chawal, or just posing for a photo, I do it with a full heart and a big smile. You are bringing in the same dedication I pour into my daily langar at Deen Dayal Hospital. Every meal is packed with the same hygiene, fresh ingredients, and love I serve to my own family, ensuring your contribution is handled with complete respect and care. For me, cooking is never just a transaction. It is an extension of my daily seva. Whether I am preparing five hundred portions for a community lunch or a small, private event, the kitchen standards never change. My team and I focus on one thing: providing pure, satvik meals that are filling and made with clean ingredients. ### How I Approach Your Event When you ask me to help with your food donation drive, I take it as a personal responsibility. I don't believe in cutting corners, so we prep everything fresh. We specialize in dishes like Rajma Chawal, Kadi Chawal, and our popular Bhandara-style Aloo Sabzi. Everything is cooked to be easily distributed and thoroughly enjoyable. ### The Logistics of Seva I know that planning a donation event or a small party can be stressful. To keep things running smoothly, I ask for a 1-2 day notice for bulk orders. This gives me the time to source fresh produce and prepare the food the right way. We handle deliveries across Delhi NCR, so whether your event is at a local shelter, a hospital, or a private venue, we get the food there hot and ready to serve. ### Why Pure Vegetarian? I believe in food that is light on the stomach and good for the soul. Keeping our entire operation vegetarian and, if needed, Jain-friendly, is a commitment I made long ago. It ensures that no matter who you are feeding, everyone can eat without hesitation. Aagya Madaan te chaa gaya Madaan! ## About Angithi Tadka by Madaan I’m Madaan, and for me, cooking is just another way of saying 'I care.'
