Whether it is coordinating a treadmill entry for the groom or managing the technical rider for a live performer like Farhan Akhtar, we handle the logistics so the moment lands exactly as intended. Building an experience is about more than just the visual impact of your decor. It is about how your guests feel when they walk into the room. We specialize in the logistics that turn bold ideas into reality. ### The Logistics Behind the Magic We are the people behind the curtain. If you want a baraat on a party bus, we source the vehicle, handle the route, and manage the playlist. If you want an immersive light installation like 'Submergence' by Squidie, we manage the technical crew and the space requirements. We take the high-concept ideas and figure out how to make them actually work in a wedding environment. ### Interactive Moments We love incorporating details that invite interaction. This ranges from simple, fun touches like 'pack your own' candy stations or beer pong setups at a welcome dinner to more complex features like custom photo booths that look like magazine covers. These additions break the ice and give your guests a way to participate in the celebration, rather than just observing it. ### Working With Us We believe in a process that is as seamless as possible. You tell us the vibe you are after, and we use our experience to flesh out the details. We have planned weddings across India and beyond, so we know how to handle everything from palace courtyards in Udaipur to English gardens. We are your hype crew and your logistical strategists, ensuring that your big day feels like you. ## About A New Knot We are A New Knot, and we are here to make sure your wedding feels like you, not just a Pinterest board. We have spent over a decade planning everything from sangeets with laser-focused lighting to baraats on party buses, all while keeping the stress and chaos behind the curtain.
