Before I install that Italian marble or brass inlay you see in my gallery, I handle the unglamorous essentials like triple-coat waterproofing on sunken slabs, debris removal, and complete plumbing restructuring. I ensure your new space is not just stylish but structurally sound for years to come. ### The Process of a True Transformation Renovating a bathroom is much more than picking out new faucets. I treat every project as a complete reconstruction. My process starts by dismantling the old space down to the bare slab. I prioritize triple-coat waterproofing on all sunken areas and walls, ensuring you never have to worry about dampness or seepage. ### Design Meets Function Once the infrastructure is solid, we get to the fun part. I love working with premium materials like Italian marble, engineered wood, and brass accents to bring a sense of luxury to even small powder rooms. Whether it is a master suite needing a modern open feel or a compact washroom that needs better airflow, I tailor the layout to suit your daily habits. ### My Approach I do not just hand over a drawing and walk away. I am on-site, coordinating with the plumbers, electricians, and carpenters to ensure every detail, from the placement of a diverter to the grout lines, is perfect. If you are tired of a dated, leaky bathroom and want a space that feels like a personal retreat, let us talk about how we can rebuild it together. ## About Anusha Nanavati Hi, I am Anusha.
