My real job isn't just hanging banners and balloons, it's taking the planning chaos off your plate. Whether we are building a superhero universe or a whimsical travel theme, I handle the custom backdrops, the entertainers, and the setup details so you get to stay in the moment, not stuck in the logistics. I believe every celebration needs to be a story, not just a setup. When you look through these featured projects, you are seeing more than just decoration—you are seeing the 'wow' moments I aim to create. From grand entrances on hoverboards to custom-printed flooring that pulls a theme together, I take care of the heavy lifting. My approach is to handle the full scope: * **Custom Environments:** I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. If your child wants an 'Under the Sea' pool party with foam, or a 'World of Wheels' adventure with a race track, we build it from the ground up. * **Stress-Free Management:** The biggest compliment I get is when parents tell me they were actually able to enjoy the party. I coordinate the emcees, the activity stations, and the setup so you aren't running around. * **Practical Details:** Whether it is a soft pastel first birthday or a high-energy Marvel theme, I manage the transport, 3-hour setup times, and dismantling, so you have zero cleanup stress. Everything you see here—the balloons, the plinths, the interactive stalls—is part of how I make the 'magic' happen. If you have a theme in mind, even if it feels complicated, I would love to hear it. Let’s build something special together. ## About AnD Events I’m Alisha, the person behind the 'calm' at your child's craziest birthday bash.
