It is not just about announcing them; it is about keeping the energy electric while ensuring the flow of the event remains smooth, even when the room's excitement spikes. I focus on creating a comfortable space where the guest can shine, and the audience feels truly connected, not just watching from a distance. Hosting a celebrity or a high-profile VIP requires more than just energy. It requires a deep understanding of stage management and crisis control. Whether it is a green room interaction with a performer like Nakash Aziz or managing a moment with a legendary journalist like Rajdeep Sardesai, my approach stays consistent: be the professional, but keep the heart. ### The Protocol of Engagement For corporate summits or award ceremonies, I strictly follow VIP protocols. This means understanding hierarchy, managing the C-suite flow, and ensuring that speaker intros are crisp and respectful. My 16+ years of experience have taught me that a well-moderated session makes even the most demanding celebrities comfortable. ### Keeping it Real I believe that before being a good artist, you must be a good human being. My interactions with celebrities aren't just photo ops; they are lessons in humility. When I host, I use that same perspective to break the ice between the guest and the audience. For instance, in wedding sangeets where high-profile guests are present, I focus on 'crowd chemistry'—getting the VIPs to engage with the family in a way that feels natural, not forced. ### My Approach to High-Profile Hosting: * **Read the Room:** I adjust my language, tone, and energy levels based on the guest profile and the audience demographics. * **Crisis Control:** If there is a technical glitch or a delay, I use spontaneous interaction to fill the gap without making the VIP feel uncomfortable. * **Discreet Support:** I know when to step into the spotlight and when to let the celebrity take center stage. ## About Hisrar Tallani I am Hisrar Tallani, a dedicated emcee who believes that every event is an opportunity to learn.
