Whether it is a local cricket tournament or a corporate award night, I keep the energy high and the audience engaged throughout the event. ## Photos and videos - ![A view of the action at a cricket tournament I had the pleasure of hosting. I bridge these gaps with quickfire trivia and crowd engagement, ensuring the excitement stays high for players and spectators alike from the first ball to the final trophy presentation. Hosting is about more than just reading a script. For sports tournaments or award ceremonies, I focus on building a narrative around the competition. My role starts with energizing the crowd before the event, managing the flow of the prize distribution, and keeping the focus on the winners. Whether it is a local cricket league, a corporate award night, or a brand activation in Mumbai or Pune, I bring the same energy I use at weddings and sangeets. I handle the logistics of the microphone, the technical briefing with sound teams for music cues, and the verbal management of any scheduling delays. I believe an event needs a rhythm. My goal is to ensure that while the organizers handle the operations, the crowd stays entertained. If you are planning a community gathering or a corporate function that needs a lively anchor to keep the spirits up, let's discuss your requirements and how we can make your next event a success. ## About Ruchi Shah I’m Ruchi, and I enjoy turning any gathering into an event people actually look forward to. Whether it’s a sports field or a formal stage, I keep the mic active and the crowd entertained until the very last award is handed out.
