Whether it is managing walk-up music cues, handling last-minute script changes, or filling dead air during unexpected technical delays, my focus is keeping the stage running smoothly while you celebrate your team’s achievements. Hosting an award gala requires a different approach than a standard social event. You need someone who respects the formalities of the ceremony but knows how to keep the energy from dipping. In my nine years of hosting, I have learned that the key to a successful event isn't just a perfect script, but how the host handles the transitions between awards. ### My Approach to Your Gala When you hire me for an award night, my role extends beyond the microphone.
