This preparation allows me to write a custom script that is not just a collection of generic announcements, but includes specific anecdotes and inside jokes that make your event feel personal and lively. People often think an anchor just shows up and talks. Real energy comes from the prep work that happens way before the event date. I have hosted over 1,000 events, and every single one started with understanding the pulse of the room. ### My Approach to Live Hosting When I say I am a professional event host, I mean I am constantly reading the room. If the bride's side is shy or the older guests feel left out, I shift my energy and my script to pull them into the celebration. I don't just stand behind a podium. I move through the floor, coordinate with the DJ on the fly, and ensure that technical glitches or food delays become opportunities for fun, interactive filler segments rather than awkward silences. ### Preparing for Your Event For every package, I include discovery calls where we lock in the run of show. We discuss: * **VIP Protocols:** Who needs to be acknowledged and how to handle them. * **Game Logic:** Which interactive segments actually work for your specific guest list. * **Music & Timing:** Synchronizing your grand entries and cake cuttings with the right sound cues. Whether you are planning a milestone birthday in Delhi or a destination wedding, my goal is to bridge the gap between different generations and make sure every guest is involved. I pride myself on maintaining a high-energy environment that doesn't feel forced. It is about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable enough to let loose and celebrate. ## About Pragya I’m Pragya. I believe a great event isn't luck, it's having the right host on the mic. Whether it's a grand wedding in Jaipur or a corporate gig in the UK, I bring the same energy and commitment to keeping your guests entertained.
