I curate a narrative that bridges the gap between industry experts and young dreamers. For events like Chitkara University’s Emergence, I dive into speaker bios, such as Srikanth Bolla’s journey, to frame the conversation so it lands with real impact. It is about ensuring the students are not just listening, but feeling the drive to start their own path. University events and startup fests have a different rhythm compared to corporate boardrooms. The audience is hungry for inspiration, not just information. My approach to moderating these sessions focuses on energy management and authentic connection. I treat every panel as a chance to ignite curiosity. This means researching each speaker, from agripreneurs to tech founders, to pull out the stories that students actually care about. If a speaker is talking about a complex idea, I translate that into relatable concepts, switching seamlessly between English and Hindi to ensure the message hits home. I also prioritize audience engagement. I don't just facilitate the speakers on stage. I manage the room, ensuring that Q&A sessions are fast-paced and meaningful. Whether it is a large-scale university festival in Delhi or a boutique startup conclave, my goal remains the same: to make sure the energy in the room stays high from the first keynote to the final closing remarks. If you want a moderator who knows how to hold a crowd of ambitious young minds and keep them inspired, I am all in. ## About Manvi Khilnani I thrive on the raw energy found at university fests and startup summits. My goal is to ensure the conversation moves beyond the script, blending Hindi and English to keep the next generation of leaders fully engaged.
