My approach involves using formal, inspirational language, including patriotic Hindi verses, to set a tone of national pride and progress while introducing our nation's leaders.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/117f0228-fd2a-4119-bcfe-dd10d8351059) ## About Government & Policy Forums Hosting a government forum is rarely about the emcee; it is about ensuring the dignitaries and the message take center stage. When I step on stage for these events, I prioritize strict protocol adherence, whether that means specific salutations for ministers or managing a rigid run-of-order. My approach involves a balance of formal English for content delivery and respectful Hindi to bridge the gap between policy makers and the audience, ensuring the tone remains dignified yet engaging. When you book me for a government or policy event, you aren't just getting an announcer. You are getting someone who understands the weight of the moment. My process begins with deep research into the policy subject or the specific infrastructure project being launched, such as my work with CSIR and CRRI. ### My Approach to Government Events * **Protocol & Etiquette:** I ensure strict adherence to government titles, salutations, and official protocol. I understand the hierarchy involved and ensure that every guest is introduced with the appropriate level of respect. * **Bilingual Delivery:** While the core content is often formal English, I seamlessly switch to Hindi to ensure the message resonates with a diverse audience. This is particularly important in national-level events where connecting with the local context is vital. * **Script Vetting:** For high-stakes events, I am happy to work with your PR or ministry team to pre-submit questionnaires and scripts. I understand that government events leave little room for error, so I ensure every line is vetted for accuracy and tone. * **Professional Presence:** Aesthetics matter in formal settings. For these forums, I often opt for a formal blazer or a traditional saree, ensuring my presence aligns with the gravity of the event while remaining visually appropriate for national media coverage. Whether it is a ministry-led summit or a technical innovation launch, I focus on time-keeping and managing stage dynamics, ensuring the event flows smoothly regardless of potential delays. My goal is to make sure the leaders feel heard, the press gets their soundbites, and the audience remains attentive throughout. ## About Manvi Khilnani I’m Manvi.
