I handle this by actively moving through the crowd with a roaming mic, initiating competitive games like tug-of-war or scavenger hunts, and physically gathering everyone. My goal is to make the energy contagious, ensuring that while you are busy with your rituals, your guests are actually having a blast and participating. ### Why Daytime Functions Need a Professional Host People often think daytime ceremonies are just about family rituals. But if you have ever been to a function where everyone is glued to their phones, you know that is not the vibe you want. My job is to turn these moments into 'Entertainment Waali' functions. I keep the music high, the energy buzzing, and the family laughing. ### How I Run the Show * **Breaking the Ice:** Whether it is a destination wedding or a local function, I use interactive games like Couple Quizzes, Shoe Games, and Scavenger Hunts to force interaction between the bride's and groom's sides. It creates a healthy, fun competitive spirit that gets people talking. * **Crowd Mobilization:** I do not believe in just standing on a stage. I walk amongst the guests, pull people onto the dance floor, and keep the energy high from the first drop of turmeric to the last photo of the day. * **Language & Inclusion:** If you have guests coming from different parts of India, I bridge the gap. I switch between Hindi, English, and casual slang to ensure everyone understands the jokes and feels included in the fun. ### Logistics & Planning For daytime events like Mehendi or Haldi, I focus on mobility and high-energy engagement. I usually carry a roaming mic, wear attire designed for movement, and arrive early to sync with your DJ regarding entry songs and flow. My packages for these daytime events start at ₹25,000 and go up to ₹35,000, covering 3-4 hours of hosting. If you are planning a destination wedding, I am ready to travel.
