When I handle corporate family days or school annual functions, I do not just stick to the script. I actively engage the audience with quick games and ice-breakers to keep the mood buzzing throughout the program. Most formal functions run the risk of becoming dry, but my goal is to blend protocol with genuine fun. For corporate family days, I focus on breaking the ice between colleagues and their families, ensuring everyone feels included rather than just being spectators. Whether it is managing a school annual day in Noida or hosting a high-energy alumni meet in Delhi, I balance the required formality with the spontaneity needed to keep an audience attentive. I handle the flow from lamp lighting and chief guest introductions to the final vote of thanks, making sure there is no dead air. For school events, I keep the kids excited and the parents involved. For corporate gigs, I swap the corporate speak for a relatable, fun tone that keeps employees relaxed. I have done this for everything from preschool sports days to corporate software service family days. If you want an anchor who can respect the stage protocol while making sure the crowd has a great time, let us chat. ## About Priya Kaushik I am Priya, and I am all about that high-energy, no-fakeness vibe.
