Here is a look at what the families and couples I have worked with have to say about their experience. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Hearing directly from a happy client is the best reward. Whether it is a quiet birthday gathering or a high-energy Sangeet, I listen to what the audience needs before I even step on stage. You can see from these clips that I do not just host; I genuinely connect with guests so everyone feels included, not just watching the show. My PhD in Microbiology might seem unrelated to anchoring, but it is actually the secret to my hosting style. Science is about observation and connection. When I am on stage, I apply the same principles. I watch for who is feeling left out, who is ready to dance, and who needs a little nudge to join in. It is why my clients say things like, 'You entertained everyone more than expected.' I do not follow a rigid script because no two events are the same. A Sangeet in Whitefield requires a completely different energy than a toddler’s first birthday party in Koramangala. ### What you can expect when we work together * **Bilingual Flow:** I switch between English and Hindi effortlessly. If a dadi or nani is in the room, they will not feel like an outsider. * **On-the-Spot Fun:** If the dance floor is dying, I am not standing there with a mic. I am on the floor with you, moving the energy. * **Respect for Tradition:** From Kannada weddings to North Indian receptions, I research the rituals so I know exactly when to step back and when to amplify the mood with a bit of Shayari. Hosting is about trust. You are handing me the microphone during one of your most important days, and my goal is to make sure your guests leave saying they had a genuinely great time. ## About Priyanka Roy I am a microbiologist who swapped the lab coat for the microphone, and I have never looked back. I bring my scientific obsession with human connection to every event I host. If you want a party that feels real and full of energy, you have found your person.
