You will find me on the floor, interviewing vendors about their craft, leading impromptu dance sessions with kids, or running quick-fire reflex games to keep the energy up. I focus on creating a buzz around every stall, ensuring that guests do not just walk past, but stop, shop, and stay for the experience. My approach to hosting carnivals and community fests comes from a simple philosophy: if the host is having fun, the audience will too. With a background as both an athlete and a scientist, I bring the physical stamina required for long-day events and the structured discipline needed to manage complex event flows. ### How I Manage Community Events Whether it is a residential flea market or a large public festival, I act as the bridge between your brand and the audience. I do not just make announcements; I create moments of interaction. I make it a point to: * **Highlight Vendors:** I actively engage with stall owners, interviewing them about their products to build genuine interest among visitors. * **Engage All Ages:** My energy levels shift to match the demographic, whether I am playing games with young kids or leading a shayari session for the elderly. * **Fill the Dead Air:** One of the biggest challenges in carnivals is maintaining energy during transitions between performances. I use my experience to keep the crowd hooked, ensuring there is never a dull moment. * **Bilingual Connection:** I seamlessly switch between English and Hindi, ensuring that everyone from residents to stall vendors feels included in the conversation. I handle events up to 8 hours long, managing everything from lamp lighting ceremonies to high-energy dance finales. If you are looking for an anchor who can keep the mood light, professional, and genuinely fun, let's talk. ## About Priyanka Roy I am a microbiologist who swapped my lab coat for a microphone because I love the energy of a live crowd.
